Amore — Shipping Policy

At Amore, every piece is prepared with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered. It applies to all orders placed through https://amore.ae.

Order processing & production times

• Ready pieces: prepared for dispatch within 1–2 days of order confirmation.
• Custom and made-to-order pieces: produced within 5–7 business days before dispatch, as each is tailored to your specifications.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will keep you updated via WhatsApp from confirmation through to dispatch.

UAE delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates for a flat rate of 30 AED.

Estimated delivery time is 1–2 days for ready pieces after dispatch, and 5–7 business days production plus delivery for custom pieces.

Showroom pickup

You are welcome to collect your order in person, free of charge, at our showroom:

International shipping

We ship worldwide. As rates and delivery times vary by destination, please contact us on WhatsApp at +971 55 569 9793 with your country and we'll provide a shipping quote and estimated delivery time before your order is confirmed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Shipping address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send it.
